Friday Fun

Today, I am going to fright night at Kennywood. I'll be doing a good bit of walking there, so I can count that as cardio. It is currently around 1:00 and I have already went to Boozel for a bowl of cereal and a salad. After that, I went to the ARC to do a light chest workout. Tomorrow, I will not be working out, it is always good to have a rest day. This weekend I will be spending it back home with my girlfriend. Fun fact: Companionship is good for the heart. Hope everyone has a safe and happy weekend!

  1. Hope you got to ride the Steel curtain. I went with some friends in the summer and had a great day. It's always nice to go out an do something fun that will leave your legs a little tired at the end of the day. Resting and taking a detour from the usual day to day grind really helps with keeping a good mental state.

This seems like this was fun. It's always nice when you can get out and have fun with friends. Also Boozel was pretty good on Friday i like the burgers that they have there for some reason. I like that you give us a play by play of what happen Friday as well. I hope you had a good day.

  5. Hopefully fright night was fun for you and not too scary! I've wanted to go for awhile haunted houses are fun, and from what I understand of fright night is its basically a haunted house throughout the park. I could be wrong, but it's definitely a way to get your heart rate up along with some cardio.

  6. Kennywood is a great place to go. I still never got to ride the steel yet so I hope you are able to. There are a lot of jump scares so be ready. Have fun!
