My Wednesday
Today, I went to the ARC and did a back and shoulders workout. My exercises consisted of dumbbell shoulder press, machine shoulder press, machine rows, machine pull downs, lat raises, and crunches. I always finish with one ab workout. Then, I went to Boozel where I got a salad and a sandwich. Eating healthy is one of the greatest tips to improve health and even look better. One fun fact of the day is exercise will give you more energy, even when you’re tired. Keep living healthy everyone!
Lifting is one of the best ways to stay physically active. It is great for strengthening the bones and muscles. I also finish up my lifts with an ab workout. Sounds like you are refueling your body right by eating healthy foods! An effective eight and a half hours of sleep is proven to provide. the most amount of energy!
ReplyDeleteHey Nolan, its good to see that you got out and had a great workout at the arc. Back and shoulders is a weird combo to mix together when you workout in my opinion but everyone does stuff different. Dumbbell shoulder press is my favorite exercise to do when I do shoulders, i feel that it does a good job of hitting the muscle group right. Be careful when doing shoulder though that muscle is prone to get hurt if you lift incorrectly.
